To be embraced

In this practice we allow ourselves to become like a child. We give ourselves permission to be scared and to be held in all of it.

We don't have to be the in-control-grown-up all the time. We will always remain a child in some way. In this practice we go there, we give space to that child by becoming her.

To prep: Get very comfy in bed, with pillows (especially supporting the back), blankets, maybe even soft toys - whatever makes you feel ultra-comfy & cozy. This is your time to snuggle up like you used to as a child.
